LinkedIn Post Scheduler is a Chrome browser extension that allows you to:
- Schedule LinkedIn posts in advance
- Manage scheduled posts
- Automatically or semi-manually publish posts at scheduled times
- Track posting history and status
Service Tiers
Free Tier: Schedule up to 3 posts, basic features, semi-manual posting, local storage
Pro Tier: Unlimited scheduled posts, all Free features, priority support, one-time payment via Gumroad
3. Acceptable Use Policy
Permitted Use
You may use LinkedIn Post Scheduler for:
- ✅ Scheduling your own LinkedIn posts
- ✅ Managing your personal or business LinkedIn account
- ✅ Posting during optimal engagement times
- ✅ Automating your content calendar
Prohibited Use
You may NOT use LinkedIn Post Scheduler for:
- ❌ Spamming or sending unsolicited content
- ❌ Violating LinkedIn's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
- ❌ Posting illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- ❌ Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity
- ❌ Automated mass posting or bot-like behavior
- ❌ Harvesting or collecting user data
- ❌ Reverse engineering or modifying the Extension
- ❌ Sharing or reselling your Pro license
- ❌ Using the Extension for any unlawful purpose

You acknowledge and agree that:
- You must comply with LinkedIn's Terms of Service
- You must comply with LinkedIn's Community Guidelines
- LinkedIn may restrict or ban accounts using automation tools
- We are not responsible for LinkedIn's actions or policies
- You use this Extension at your own risk

No Refunds After 30 Days
All sales are final after 30 days. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion.
No Refund If:
- Your LinkedIn account is banned or restricted
- You violated these Terms of Service
- You shared your license key
- You used a fraudulent payment method
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
LinkedIn Post Scheduler is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:
- ❌ No warranty of merchantability
- ❌ No warranty of fitness for a particular purpose
- ❌ No warranty of uninterrupted or error-free service
- ❌ No warranty that posts will be published successfully
- ❌ No warranty of compatibility with future LinkedIn changes
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maero and LinkedIn Post Scheduler shall NOT be liable for:
- Direct Damages: Lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities
- Indirect Damages: Consequential, incidental, or punitive damages
- Account Issues: LinkedIn account restrictions, bans, or suspensions
- Technical Issues: Failed posts, scheduling errors, bugs
- Third-Party Services: LinkedIn or Gumroad service interruptions
- Data Loss: Loss of scheduled posts or settings
Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Pro license (if applicable), or $10 USD for Free tier users.

LinkedIn Terms
You must:

- Comply with LinkedIn's Automation Policy
- Accept that LinkedIn may restrict automation tools
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via extension update notes and in-app notifications. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
